Credit Cards:

Currently Christian Satellite only accept Bankcard, Visa and Mastercard for credit card transactions.Our site uses 128bit SSL encryption when dealing with your online transaction. Securely your order is submitted and payment is deducted.

We do not believe in keeping customers personal and credit card details on servers unlike some sites containing members sections therefore we have implemented the following for each order.

Warranty Conditions:

* Receiver, LNB, Dish and roof mount or other equipment supplied by Christian Satellite come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.
* Christian Satellite provides a 12 month warranty on workmanship including wiring and connections.

Not covered under warranty:

* User Error, Equipment faults caused by (but not exclusively): Electrical Surge, Lightning Strikes, Acts of God, Bad Weather.
* Christian Satellite is not liable for any changes made by broadcasters (channels).
* Christian Satellite upholds the right to charge a call out fee of $65 if reasons for attendance are deemed as not being covered under warranty.

Refund and Return Policy:

If your product is faulty, please contact Christian Satellite. Once Christian Satellite receives the product, it will be replaced after satisfactory inspection.

Non-faulty items: Shipped products that are not faulty can be returned within 7 days of receipt. The item/s must be returned completely intact and unopened in their original packaging. All non-fault returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will be required to organise delivery to Christian Satellite at their own cost and will only be refunded the product cost minus the 20% restocking fee. Christian Satellite accepts no responsibility for loss or damage in transit on returning goods to Christian Satellite. Refunds do not apply to products that have been installed or to the cost of installation.

Cancelling Orders:

You may cancel orders at any time prior to shipping. Please call or Email us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Please include your contact name and invoice number. If your order has already been shipped you may elect to use the Return Policy.

Availability and Installation

Christian Satellite cannot guarantee availability of signals from the Optus B3 satellite. Christian Satellite may cancel installations upon assessment at the time of your installation due to conditions of your property and/or surrounding areas that may interfere with the reception of the signal.

Christian Satellite is commited to provide low cost services to customers. Therefore, there may be times where Christian Satellite will have to postpone appointments that are outside main city due to high cost travel expenses. Alternatively, customers can choose to pay a Travel Assistance Fee* of $35. Christian Satellite will always advise customers if a Travel Assistance Fee may apply.

*Please note: The Travel Assistance Fee will not be applicable in circumstances where more than one installation is booked in your surrounding area.

Satellite Equipment Use Conditions

I acknowledge that certain satellite television equipment may be used in an unauthorized manner to aid in the theft of satellite television services. I acknowledge and understand that the law provides for substantial criminal and civil penalties for the unauthorized use of satellite television services, and agree not to use products purchased from Christian Satellite in any way to intercept a satellite television signal without proper authorization from the broadcast satellite provider and payment of required charges, and will only use the equipment purchased in accordance with applicable laws. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold Christian Satellite harmless from any and all claims, damages or liabilities rising out of or resulting from unauthorized use of satellite television equipment purchased from Christian Satellite.
